Check What Causes R350 Grant Appeal Delays Here!

Many applicants have been experiencing delays with their R350 grant appeal process which may be causing some frustration. Here is what may be causing these delays.

What Causes R350 Grant Appeal Delays

After receiving a question from the public about the R350 grant appeal delays, the South African Social Security Agency (Sassa) responded via Twitter.

“With regards to appeals, we have struggled a bit with the systems in line with legislative requirements such as the POPI act. However soon those will be approved and resolved,” tweeted Sassa.

Applicants are encouraged to remain patient as the agency is doing all it can to ensure that Sassa grant payments are made to those in need of them.
