Recruitment and workforce planning
• Good understanding of the recruitment process and recruiting against forecasted candidate requirements
• Good understanding of the exit level outcomes of the learnerships that the learners are being recruited for
• Source, recruit and select candidates through various platforms for training interventions, considering ETI requirements where necessary
• Verify all required documents and conduct criminal record checks for shortlisted applicants regionally
• Implement a regional recruitment process to grow and update a regional database/pipeline of candidates
• Develop relevant success profiles for candidates in line with customer and industry requirements based on skills and experience
• Attend weekly meetings with QA and operations and update on all aspects of the recruitment process

• Ensure that all relevant take-on documentation is submitted to the QA department timeously
• Ensure that all relevant documentation is saved to client e-folders
• Ensure that all data spreadsheets are accurate and up to date
• Ensure that all relevant administration and documentation is filed according to the organization’s document checklist
• Ensure that all external provider recruitment and hosting invoices are checked, accurate, and processed timeously
• Submit weekly and monthly reporting to Recruitment Officer, GM: Talent, and respective QA Team leaders

• Search and sign on Host sites that can host Training Force learners

Job Requirements

• Matric
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial and Organisational Psychology
• 3 to 4 years experience in recruitment
