Operations Ltd: Learnership Programme/How to apply!
We are looking for energetic and dynamic matriculants who are keen on pursuing a career in Agriculture. Candidates will get on-the-job training to help them excel in a specific field as well as gain new skills.
On completion of the programme candidates will receive a certificate indicating their level of achievement and will be registered on the National Qualification Framework (NQF). The NQF qualification is nationally recognized and will enable candidates to find permanent employment or further their education in that specific field.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Afrikaans, English, and Maths and/or Accounting;
- Valid drivers license will be advantageous
Competencies:
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Good numerical skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Must be able to thrive under pressure;
- Good interpersonal skills.
