 Fees Payment Method

1. Online payment via Remita: This is the preferred method of payment and can be done from anywhere with an internet connection. To make payment online, visit the Remita website, select “Pay a Federal Government Agency” and then select “University of Uyo” as the agency to pay. Follow the prompts and input the necessary information.

2. Bank Payment: This method requires that you visit any commercial bank branch nationwide to make a payment. Generate an RRR code by visiting the Remita website, selecting “Pay an Invoice”, and then selecting “University of Uyo” as the invoice to pay. Take the generated RRR code to any bank branch and make a payment.

2. ATM Payment: This method is only available to customers of some commercial banks in Nigeria. Use your ATM card at the ATM machine to make payments using the Remita platform. Select “Pay Bills” and then select “University of Uyo” as the bill to pay. Input the generated RRR code and follow the prompts to complete payment.

4. POS Payment: This payment method is available at the bursary department of the University of Uyo. Walk into the bursary department and use your ATM card to make payment.

Debit Cards

Debit card payments are only accepted if you register in person at Northern Cape Urban TVET College

Credit Cards

Credit Cards are restricted to ‘Visa’ and ‘MasterCard’. All the requirements under ‘Particulars of payment’ on the registration form, must be supplied. The cardholder’s signature is also required on the registration form.

Bank deposits (SA Banks only) / EFT payments:

The bank will not conduct the transaction and/or postpone the distribution of the monies to your account if any of the information on the bank deposit slip is missing or erroneous. As long as all the information on the deposit slip is accurate, funds will be transferred within two working days to the study fee account.
