  • Building relationships using communication processes both vertically and horizontally within the unit, with superiors and with stakeholders across the value chain to ensure the achievement of intended outcomes.

The scope of the Learnership (Generic Management) covers:

Requirements:

  • Must be in possession of a Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
  • Must be currently Unemployed
  • Must be between the ages of 18–35 years
  • Must be South African citizens with no criminal record.
