If you sign up for the Staff Training Program you will receive training to get a full degree but you do not have to pay tuition fees.
In fact, if you sign up for Learnership you will be paid in the form of a stipend. This means you will be paid monthly while you are in leadership – the amount you will be paid depends on the level of learnership.
Motus Aftermarket Parts is offering a Learnership opportunity for 15 unemployed candidates within the KZN region. Candidates will be given the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience in an automotive parts, retail and warehouse environment along with receiving an NQF 2 qualification upon completing the program successfully. The programme duration is 12 months and candidates will receive a monthly stipend.
The candidate must meet the below requirements;Â
- Matric / Grade 12
- Currently unemployed
- Between the ages of 18 – 26 years old
- 60% aggregate for Mathematics / Maths Literacy and English
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Must be based in KZN
- Clear criminal record
