  • A. Main Responsibilities / Tasks
  • Grow in the sales volumes of the organization within the assigned customers and territories
  • Regularly review with the Customers their performance and contribution in line with the Customers Management Review template.
  • Develop Regional Business Plan for the region and a Customer Business plan for each customer in the territory.
  • Define a Journey Plan per ASM/DSR to ensure RTM optimization for better coverage, cost saving, and overlapping of sales area.
  • Develop New Sales opportunities within designated Region.
  • Communicate and ensure the realization of Marketing Grids Priorities.
  • Monitor and report all the competitor activities in the region, New Product Launch, Sales Promotion, and trade activations.
  • Submit periodic competitor price matrix in the region.
  • Generate orders and drive prompt delivery and payment
  • Proper liaison between customers with the relevant stakeholders (sales, finance, supply chain, etc.) in order to guarantee growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and manage a database of Traditional Trade and Modern Trade Customers
  • Ensure price compliance in the Region
  • Manage the relevant documentation for delivery to customers
