- International students from all countries are eligible for University of Regina International Entrance Scholarships.
- Secondary and Transfer Students are qualified to Apply
- Applicants must apply for a study permit and also have an admission average of 85% or higher for bachelor degrees, an admission average of 80% for PhD programs, and an admission average of 75% for masters.
