Job Description

Over the course of each project, you will collaborate with client team members with the following areas but not limited to:

• Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis that underpins recommendations, using data mining, financial modeling, valuation analysis, market research, and business intelligence gathering techniques.
• Working with client team members to define problems concisely and generate solutions that meet their needs and add value to their business.
• Consolidating findings from analysis and presenting comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Developing and presenting a detailed plan to implement recommended changes, working with clients to address any concerns, and ensuring seamless execution.
• Contributing to the creation of compelling and visually engaging client presentations, proposals, and reports.

Requirements:

• Unemployed youth aged between 18 and 29​ who meet the definition of “Black People” as defined in the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 as amended by Act 46 of 2013.​
• South African citizen​ with no criminal record.​
• No previous participation in a YES program​.
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• Basic skills in research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail.​
• Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service.
