Sales
• Contribute towards and drive sales strategy to increase revenue and
profit within the Agricultural Sector
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and
concerns and advise them of the best training solution for their
needs
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support,
information and guidance on the best training solution for their
needs
• Negotiate contracts and packages within the Company’s parameters
for Gross Profit (GP)
• Build business by identifying and selling the Company’s portfolio of
training solutions
• Meet and exceed targets in line with the business unit’s strategy and
budget
People Management
• Lead culture in line with the organization’s EVP
• Continuously develop own B-BBEE, product, industry, and Company
knowledge and share with the team
• Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing and
Operations
Customers
• Ensure customer retention by servicing and visiting existing clients
with the aim to extend and explore potential new business
• Cultivate and maintain relationships among business partners,
clients and consultants
• Building of client base within the Agricultural sector
Marketing
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling,
networking and the Company’s marketing strategy:
o Relationship marketing
o Experiential marketing
o Commercial marketing
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar industry
• Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (intermediate
level)
• Relevant Tertiary qualification
• Previous sales experience within the Agricultural sector is
advantageous
• Prior attendance of formal sales training courses
