Selected individuals are trained within the Health and Safety function of the SHEQ discipline which includes theory and practical training in both the mining and smelting environment.
About the Training:
- Period of training: potentially 24-36 months, including practical training at the different business units
- Work back obligation equal to the total time of the training period will be compulsory
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric with Maths and Science (40%)
The following will be advantageous:
- Studying toward a tertiary qualification in any of the SHEQ fields will be advantageous.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- Some exploration into/ exposure to & knowledge of the SHEQ environment
