Oxford University Press: Internship Programme 2023/2024
Oxford University Press invites applications from unemployed graduates. The intention is to give practical work experience to graduates who are in their last year of study and require exposure to a work environment. Successful interns will be expected to complete a 12-month contract commencing January 2023 and terminating December 2023.
The following Internship Opportunities are open for applications:
Technology & Operations Intern
- Diploma or Bcom General / Supply chain / Logistics
Publishing Intern
- Humanities or BA degree/ diploma
Professional Development Intern
- BEd / BTech / BCom / BA or Education-related degree
Dictionaries Intern
- Relevant degree-level qualification with language studies or linguistics as major.
- Further studies in linguistics or lexicography will be an advantage
Digital Sales Intern
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree/diploma with strong preference given to degrees/diplomas in: Technology, Digital marketing, ICT in Education or related fields
Marketing Intern
- Enrolled for BCom / BTech / BEd / Marketing- or Education-related degree
- Interest in the Education sector
Finance Intern
Degree / Diploma in:
- Bachelor of Commerce General / Finance
Competencies:
- Sound communication and presentation skills
- Effective time management
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Ability to work in a team
- South African citizen
- Able to travel locally and have access to reliable transport
- Innovative and agile
