We are looking for a Social Media Intern to join our Digital Marketing team to support the execution of the Digital Marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections.
- Work on the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
- Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Iconosquare, Creator Studio.
- Interacting with customers and dealing with customer queries on social platforms.
- Collaborate with other departments (Online merchant team, customer service, etc.).
Requirements:
Completed / Studying towards a Degree or Diploma in:
- Communications,
- Marketing,
- Business,
- New Media
- Public Relations
Competencies:
- Interest in Design, and basic design skills
- Exceptional communications skills: writing, editing (photo/video/text), interpersonal, and presentation
- Detailed oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
