If you sign up for the Staff Training Program you will receive training to get a full degree but you do not have to pay tuition fees.
In fact, if you sign up for Learnership you will be paid in the form of a stipend. This means you will be paid monthly while you are in leadership – the amount you will be paid depends on the level of learnership.
Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified in the following Trades:
- C&I Technician
- Diesel Mechanic
- Rigger .
- Fitter and Turner
- Boilermaker
- Electrician
Minimum Requirements:
- Â Grade 12 with Math and Science
- Â N2 Certificate with one of the subjects being relevant to the Trade Theory
Other Skills/Competencies:
- Â Enjoy working with your hands
- Â Have initiative
Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo the following prior to final selection
- Panel Interview
- Certificate of Fitness
- Technical aptitude evaluation
- Vienna Dover assessment
