Exxaro: Student Bursary Programme 2021
Applications are invited from students to apply for the 2021 bursary programme. Students currently in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th academic year of study can apply for bursary opportunities in the following disciplines:
Fields of study:
- BSc Geology – 2nd academic year
- Mine Surveying B-Technical Degree – 2nd academic year
- BEng degree studies:
- Civil
- Electrical
- Industrial
- Mechanical
- Metallurgical
- Mining
- Electronic
- Mechatronic
Requirements:
- South African citizen
- Completed matric
- Registered at a university within South Africa
- Studying in any field mentioned above
The bursary will cover:
The bursary is comprehensive and covers:
- Tuition fees
- Accommodation
- Meals
- Book fees /pocket money
- Laptop/tablet.
Conditions of Bursary
After graduation, the bursary recipient will be required to take part in the Professional-in-Training (PIT) programme.
