Qualifications
There are some qualifications from Anglo-American Learnerships to select their applicants. First of all, you must be a South African citizen. As we know that this company comes from another side of Africa. They need to hire local people to give a kind of support to South African people obviously.
Secondly, you need to have a good family background and employment equity status. Thirdly, they want to know whether you are still studying or want to gain a higher level of study which correlates with their programme.
